Register for the 2010-2011 school year on-line.
There are a number of different options for on-line registration this year.
> download all forms, enter information, print, and mail forms to Emmanuel.
> download and complete the registering form and submit via secure email. (Parents will need to stop in the office to sign all forms.)
> download and complete forms, print and bring to the school office.
All forms and payments must be submitted by Aug. 7, 2010.
Payments can be mailed to or dropped off in the school office.
Payments can also be made on-line through on line contributions.

Registration form can be completed and submitted on-line.
Family Registration Form
Parents must sign the registration form in order for it to be complete. You can stop by the office at any time to sign the submitted forms.
The following forms must be sign and mailed or brought to the office.
School Handbook 2010-2011
Computer and Internet Usage Agreement Completed each year
Photo Release Form Completed each year
Volunteer Driver Form Completed each year
Private School Affidavit Completed once and kept on file at school
A Notary Public will be available on registration day.
Upon signing the Family registration form you are agreeing to have read and will comply with all forms listed below. Please print a copy for your records at home.
